This course will offer an opportunity to discuss ways forward for schools and offer an opportunity to explore the causes of disaffection and how to offer support to the disaffected student. The focus will be on strategies to support and re-engage the disaffected as well as exploring ways of maintaining progress and planning for the future. The course is most suitable for those teaching in secondary and special schools.
